"Perfect italian food, friendly staff in an authentic vintage atmosphere."
"Very nice authentic Italian restaurant. It’s is small and lovely. I had the ravioli spinaci e ricotta, glass of red wine and a tiramisu. You get some bread and cheese. And a bruschetta. Very tasty. It is small and local"
"This restaurant was a true local experience. Food was tasty like from nonna's kitchen. The service was only in Italian, which was nice. Reservation recommended to sit out on the patio."
"Great food which is good value for money. Even with just 1 waitress and most of tables occupied, the service was excellent. They brought a free crostini app and warm fresh focaccia bread from the oven. We didn’t have any wine but the prices seemed very fair."
"We ate here our first night and didn't find anything that compared - so much so we ate here our last night. Fantastic. The pasta is perfection"
"One of the best Roman places to eat if you are looking for good food, almost 100 % fish in unpretentious environment like typical roman family eating ! Most of the guests are long years local habitue which says it all. You can go for seating outside in the street or in door. You will feel both way like in a Rome movie ! Trust the long-year waiter for his suggestions ! You need to try and you will come back. They get fresh fish every Thursday. That is the best but not only day to come !"
"Visited in June 2011 - Mario promised I’d dine like an Italian — rigatoni, rabbit, roast potatoes, panna cotta, espresso. He was right. A classic Roman trattoria serving Marchigiana cooking since 1946. Mario, the host, welcomed me even at the tail end of lunch and recommended the day’s specials. Rigatoni in tomato and spring vegetable sauce came generous with pecorino. Rabbit with rosemary was well-judged, juicy where it so easily could have dried out. Crisp roasted potatoes matched perfectly, and panna cotta with berry compote rounded the meal with clean balance. Espresso sealed it: simple, local, quietly memorable."
"Good food and value for money A primi pasta, bruschetta on the house, glass of red and water all for 17 euros. Photo from the end of the meal They also completely filled for lunch with Italians coming to eat rather than other tourists."
